The second season of the women’s 7s series finished in a lovely summer weather in Tampere on Easter Monday 21.4.2014.
TRC made their mark by reaching the Cup final in front of their home crowd. Warriors won the tournament and kept the Finnish Championship with their team WRC Black. Kati Miettinen (TRC) won the Golden scrum cap of the best player of the tournament, and Andrea Eckstein (Vaasa Foxes) the Rugby Star beanie of the most developed player.

Thanks to the hard work done in the clubs and by the individual players, the series was tight and interesting. HRC developed their game a lot and won the second place. The fight for the third place was tight, and JRC won it over TRC with only 1 point difference in the end of the series.
