Miesten XV-maajoukkueelle haetaan päävalmentajaa sekä joukkueenjohtajaa

Miesten maajoukkueen nykyinen päävalmentaja Alastair Davies ja joukkueenjohtaja Samuel Kuutti lopettavat tehtävässään syksyn 2024 maaotteluiden jälkeen.

Haemme joukkueelle uutta päävalmentajaa sekä joukkueenjohtajaa, jotka voivat aloittaa yhdessä nykyisten toimijoiden kanssa ja saada samalla perehdytystä ja kokemusta tehtävään.

Molempien tehtävien sopimuskausi aloitetaan viimeistään marraskuun 2024 alusta, mutta tehtävään valituilla on hyvä mahdollisuus aloittaa yhdessä nykyisen valmennus- ja johtotiimin kanssa jo aiemmin syksyllä.

PÄÄVALMENTAJAA
Päävalmentajana johdat maajoukkuetta pelaajia kehittävällä otteella asetettavien tavoitteiden saavuttamiseksi.

JOUKKUEENJOHTAJAA
Joukkueenjohtajana työskentelet tiiviisti yhdessä maajoukkueen ja liiton kanssa tärkeässä tehtävässä vastaten joukkueen hallinnosta.

The current head coach of the men's national team, Alastair Davies, and the team manager, Samuel Kuutti, will leave their positions after the autumn 2024 national team matches.

We are looking for a new head coach and a team leader for the team, who can start together with the current staff and at the same time gain orientation and experience for the task.

The contract period for both positions will start at the beginning of November 2024 at the latest, but those selected for the position have a good opportunity to start together with the current coaching and management team.

HEAD COACH
As the Head Coach, you lead the National Team with a player-developing approach to achieve the set goals.

TEAM MANAGER
As a Team Manager, you work closely together with the National Team and the federation in an important role being in charge of the administrative tasks related to the national team.
